TheResort 101is a freestyle ski developed by the brand Candide for advanced skiers.
For the new season, the Candide brand has decided to develop a range of skis modeled on the international freestyle ski starCandide Thovex.
His101mm on the runner, its standard camber and its double rockers (all mountain rockers) give it a responsive and grippy ride, even on hard snow. The technologytriple radius sidecutallows 3 different curve radii distributed across the ski. This allows swings to be initiated quickly on the spatula. With its large radius on the runner, the ski will use 100% of its capabilities and will not wobble. At the heel it allows powerful release for turns and stability at high speeds.
Designed with a Paulownia and Poplar wood core sandwiched between layers of glass and carbon fiber , this ensures greater durability and reduced weight. Thanks to its responsive core, the ski has an exceptional pop - perfect for jumping over the piste markings. Thedual mounting points allows 2 possible mounting positions, with Candide's personal mounting point and a "normal" mounting point suitable for most skiers and terrain.
The wood used comes from responsible forestryFSC wood. And the use of biologically based epoxy resinbio-based epoxyreplaces petrochemical products with renewable materials such as vegetable oils. A good way to reduce environmental impact.
The smallest model in the seriesResort 101is suitable for advanced riders who prefer shredding on the slopes or in the park.
CONSTRUCTION
C-LIGHT CORE
A proprietary mix of paulownia and poplar woods, wrapped in fibreglass and carbon gives a lightweight yet incredibly strong ski full of pop.
ADAPTIVE ROCKER PROFILE
Each model has varying amounts of tip/tail rocker and camber underfoot to suit its terrain profile. This assists float off-piste and stability on-piste.

Three radii blended together for quick turn initiation, stability at speed and mounting versatility.
